This class will teach you how to start canning with essential equipment at home, allowing you to understand food preparation and eating natural ingredients. At the end of this class, you will feel comfortable enough to start with some essential water bath canning foods.

We will provide equipment and food, so you may leave with your first canning creation and a few specific canning recipes. Space is very limited for this class.
